Will she actually use it?
Some cats walk straight in. Some take a week. Roughly one cat in five ignores any grooming station at first, and a few never take to it at all — that's true of every product like this, ours included. What helps: put it somewhere she already walks, leave a couple of treats on the mat for the first few days, and don't carry her through it. Olive took three days. If she genuinely won't use it, send it back within 60 days and we'll refund you.
How big is it?
17.7 in wide, 15.7 in deep, 17.7 in tall — about knee height, and smaller than most cat trees. She walks straight through the middle. We'll publish our own measurements, taken off the actual unit, as soon as the first ones land.
Does it need batteries?
No. Nothing to plug in, nothing to switch on, nothing to run out. She walks through it and that's the whole mechanism.
How do I clean it?
Pull the fur off the brushes by hand — it comes away in a clump — and wipe the mat down. It's plastic. That's it.
When will it ship?
We'll state a real shipping window here before checkout opens — not a vague one. The first batch is still being made, and we'd rather give you a date we can keep than a date that sounds good.
